Cutting Out Trans Fats

The move toward zero trans fats is in full swing around this land of ours. Kelly Brintle with Ventura Foods, which markets soybean oil based products to restaurants like KFC and Wendy’s and food service operators like hospitals and schools, says the trend is changing an entire industry.
