Fighting Fire Ants

The 2007 Annual Red Imported Fire Ant Conference was held this past week in Gainesville, Florida. Almost 200 researchers, extension agents, chemical company representatives and agriculture agency officials attended to discuss new methods and strategies to control the pest.
